Hey there, I’m Patrick.

Before I got into lending, I spent years in the restaurant industry. It taught me something I use every single day: people remember how you took care of them. That’s the standard I hold our team to, from the first phone call to the closing table and well after.

I started Patrick Home Loans to give people a better experience than they get from a big bank. As a broker, we shop your loan with more than 200 wholesale lenders, so we can find the right fit for your situation instead of forcing you into one bank’s box. That goes for first-time buyers, homeowners, investors and business owners alike.

I’m also a real estate investor, so I understand the numbers the way my investor clients do. I’m heavily invested in networking with other business owners, because the best business still comes from real relationships.
